The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on 7th May 2025 by Dr. Oshadie Korale, Co-Founder and COO of XpressJobs, and Gihan Talgodapitiya, CEO of UNISTEM.

Through this collaboration, UNISTEM’s career platform (hrmi.lk/jobs) now features customized job listings powered by XpressJobs, allowing students to explore opportunities segmented by their fields of study. These include Internships, Human Resources, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, Accounting, Banking, Project Management, and Senior Management roles.
XpressJobs, currently working with over 9,000 companies and having processed more than 5 million job applications, brings industry-leading recruitment tech into the education space—bridging the gap between academic learning and professional employment.
