Colombo, Sri Lanka — May 29, 2025 — In a landmark move to transform how young professionals and students plan their careers, XpressJobs, Sri Lanka’s leading recruitment platform, and DreamPlanner, a youth empowerment initiative by The Makers, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to integrate both platforms and create a seamless ecosystem for career guidance and opportunity.

The MOU was formally signed today between Dr. Oshadie Korale, Co-founder & COO of XpressJobs, and Ms. Nevindaree Premarathne, Founder & CEO of The Makers, during a special ceremony aimed at marking the start of a collaborative mission to empower Sri Lanka’s future workforce.
