The HR landscape in Sri Lanka is evolving rapidly, and so is the influence of the country’s top HR professionals online. According to the latest Favikon rankings under the category Careers & Office → HR Industry → All Social Media → Sri Lanka → All Genders, these are the ten most impactful HR creators in the country as of 18 November 2025.

Favikon is an AI-powered global creator analytics tool used to identify top influencers within specific industries. Its rating system considers engagement quality, creator credibility, consistency, authenticity, and growth velocity across all major social networks.

1. Adrian Fernando – Recruitment Specialist and Mental Health Advocate in Sri Lanka
