Singapore – 10 March 2026 – Link4 today announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Unifiedpost Pte Ltd from Banqup Group SA. The transaction includes all assets and customer relationships of the Singapore-based e-Invoicing provider.

The acquisition reinforces Link4’s position as a growing regional leader in e-Invoicing across Asia-Pacific and strengthens its presence within Singapore’s InvoiceNow network.

Unifiedpost Pte Ltd has operated as an accredited provider within Singapore’s InvoiceNow framework. Link4 will continue to support all existing customers and ensure a smooth transition of services. As part of the integration, the Access Point accreditation of Unifiedpost Group and the IRSP accreditation of Unifiedpost Pte Ltd with IMDA will terminate effective 31 March 2026, with customers continuing under Link4’s established accreditation.

Singapore is a strategic digital trade hub in Asia,

said Robin Sands, CEO and Co-Founder of Link4.

This acquisition reflects our confidence in the long-term growth of e-Invoicing across the region. Governments throughout Asia-Pacific are accelerating digital mandate programs, and Link4 is building the infrastructure to support businesses in every market adopting these frameworks.

Founded in 2016, Link4 has expanded from Australia into multiple Asia-Pacific jurisdictions and now supports thousands of organisations across the region. The company focuses exclusively on compliant, scalable e-Invoicing solutions integrated with leading ERP systems.

The acquisition strengthens Link4’s:

  • Singapore market position
  • Recurring revenue base
  • Regional customer footprint
  • Long-term mandate-driven growth strategy

Link4 has formally welcomed Unifiedpost customers and confirmed continuity of service. GST-registered businesses may continue accessing InvoiceNow services free of charge in line with IMDA support, while non-GST-registered businesses are being offered transitional options to ensure flexibility and choice.

With e-Invoicing mandates expanding across Asia-Pacific, Link4 remains focused on sustainable ARR growth, regional scale, and delivering compliant e-Invoicing and compliance solutions that enable businesses to transact seamlessly across borders.
