Colombo, September 15, 2025 — XpressJobs, Sri Lanka’s leading recruitment technology platform, has once again been appointed as the Official Recruitment Partner for the Sri Lanka Skills Expo 2025, taking place on October 10th and 11th, 2025 at the Temple Trees Convention Center, Colombo.
This marks the second consecutive year of collaboration, with XpressJobs also serving as the official recruitment partner for Skills Expo 2024, where thousands of job seekers connected with career opportunities across multiple industries. The presence of Hon. Chathuranga Abesinghe (M.P.), Deputy Minister of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, at the signing underscores the national importance of this initiative.
The renewed partnership was formalized through an MoU signed on September 15, 2025, between Mr. Sanath Ukwatha, CEO of the Tourism Industry Skills Council (TISC), and representatives of XpressJobs, in the presence of Hon. Abesinghe. During the meeting, the Minister also engaged in discussions with XpressJobs on how its recruitment technology can support and strengthen the Skills Expo 2025 initiative.
